Project Update

I've talked about this project a few times. I haven't worked on it as much as I would like to. The most challenging part of working on these pages has been trying to keep things simple and really making sure the pictures are the main focus. It's not super hard to do, but when it comes to winter wonderland pictures, I find myself stalling. There's way too much blue for my taste. Ha! Quent is planning on going on a similar trip soon and I think I'm going to encourage him to wear colors that are exciting to me. Because you know...I don't want to break out of my color box and use blue. Oh, I crack myself up! *cough* Anyway...here's some old + new layouts that I've worked on.

This is anoather page I finished today. I think these pictures are beautiful!!

Isn't this sunrise breathtaking? I love looking at pictures of sunrises and sunsets, but they are really hard for me to scrap. So I kept this page super duper simple.

Why didn't this guy have an orange sled? LOL! Ok, enough with the complaining about colors, right?

Sometimes these pages remind me of something you would see in an outdoor kind of magazine. It feels like I'm creating newsletters instead of scrapbook pages. It's just a different approach to scrapping life.
