I must feel really inspired right now due to the spring weather because I have been wanting to paint! I've been waiting for it to get a little 'warmer' before painting the baby room so I could have the windows open for good ventilation. Well, yesterday and today were the days! Yesterday, I painted only one wall this cream color called "Conversation" (True Value). This morning I waited until the sunlight was shining through the window in the room before starting with the orange paint called "Clown Fish". After the first coat of paint, I was a little hesitant about the color. It's more yellow/gold than I wanted, but after a second coat it looks much better and the color seems to be growing on me. It's a very vibrant color. After painting one wall with it, I knew that it definitely needs to stay only on one wall. The other three walls are going to be the cream color. I have one more wall to paint before I'm finished!
I also painted a shelf the orange color today. This will be hanging on the wall in the same room.

I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this color! I can't wait to see the finished room and I'm ready to see some Mommy pics too! :)
That color looks almost just like the color we picked for our office. We didn't finish it b/c I wasn't certain I liked it. It was a more goldish orange than I was expecting. Can't wait to see what the baby room looks like! Hopefully pictures soon??? I agree with Winter, pics of you too! :)
